Officer Stephen Mercer and K9 Czita of the Boca Raton Police Department apprehended a car burglary suspect after the suspect fled from police and hid in a marshy area.  The suspect sustained a bite to the shoulder after he refused to surrender.  During the apprehension, the suspect assaulted K9 Czita who was not injured in the incident.
