Welcome to the home of the Florida Law Enforcement Canine Association (FLECA). FLECA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the training and certification of Florida’s Law Enforcement Canine.

FLECA is composed of law enforcement K9 officers throughout the state of Florida. We are dedicated to assisting police work dog teams with certifications and training. FLECA conducts in-service training and events throughout the year. Officers and their K9’s attend these courses and events for problem-solving, legal updates, new techniques in various phases of police work dog use and certifications to our standards.

3 DAY PATROL DOG SEMINAR – FREE TO FLECA MEMBERS

Submission details:

This is a free class provided to current FLECA members only.
FELCA will only be covering the entry cost to the seminar. You or your agency will be responsible for any other associated costs (Lodging, meals, etc).
After all submissions are received, 14 members will be selected at random.
No more than one member per agency will be selected to attend.
If more than one person from the same agency is selected, they will go onto a waiting list and replace the said person from their same agency if they cannot attend.
There will be no audit spots available.
To keep things simple, if the unit supervisor would like to submit their entire unit instead of receiving multiple emails that will be fine as well.
